A Course that Impacts and Influences
Most coaches are exceptionally well trained in their sport. Very few are trained for the moments that matter most... when an athlete is struggling, shutting down, or carrying something onto the field that no drill can fix. The reality is everyone walks onto the field or court with baggage.
B² is the first athletic mental health certification built specifically for coaches and club leaders that’s grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and social-emotional learning (SEL). It gives you the practical tools to recognize when athletes are struggling, build psychologically safe team environments, and respond with confidence — without overstepping your role.
For many of the athletes you coach, particularly in under-resourced communities, you may be the most consistent, trusted adult in their lives. B² prepares you to carry that influence with intention and care.
Well-organized modules. Real-world scenarios. Downloadable resources. A check for understanding at the end of each module. Asynchronous and allowing you to learn at your own pace.
Earn your B² Certified Coach credential from Be Well School. It will make you a better coach, and even more importantly, will help the youth that you serve.

I bring that whole-person approach into every lesson. I’m passionate about equipping coaches to balance performance and well-being, so we’re not just chasing wins - we’re building confident, resilient, character-driven athletes and productive and positive members of the community.
